JAVA’S has been locally roasting our coffee beans right here in Rochester since 1992! Our Roastery is where that coffee magic happens. Green beans are roasted to perfection by our Head Roaster, Tracy Jean, before heading out to the café's and into your cup.

The Roastery offers free and casual weekly coffee tastings at our Public Market Location. Learn about the roasting process and what we look for in that perfect cup.

Our roaster also offers many wholesale coffee options, from no hassle portion bags, to special blends for weddings or corporate gifts. We can make your coffee dreams come true!
